ABOUT

If you asked me to describe my art in one word, I couldn't. But my favorite word is floccinaucinihilipilification. It means "The Act of Deeming Something Useless." I contain multitudes.I'm studying illustration with a minor in graphic design, but I'll make art with anything I can get my hands on. I once built four rocking horses because I had the idea to make The Four Rocking Horses of the Apocalypse. However, watercolor and digital are my weapons of choice usually.Ultimately, I want to publish a graphic novel. I've got a couple shorts out here, but I've yet to write something longer than 10 pages. I wrote this in about a month. Looking back, there are things I wish I changed [using human forms, focusing more on Alley and Novel's relationship rather than Smoke and VHS's, diving deeper into how this trauma affects Novel in his present, etc.] but ultimately I am proud of the fact that it is complete. I feel now as though Smoke and VHS's inclusion were mostly unnecessary to the plot and what story I was trying to tell. I feel as though I could write this better now having written it once, however I do not have the energy nor motivation to.
